Buzz Aldrin is an odd character especially in this conference in which he has been honored for being a great US Astronaught. However he does display odd characteristics and body language, some of which he can not hide. There is disgust, critical thoughts and ego centric body language going on here.
In his earlier depictions pre luna flights, he shows a fair bit of lip licking, which can mean one of many things, 1. He is displeased with something, 2. He is showing us he knows something we don't, 3. He is nervous, 4. He has genuinely dry lips.
