Lance Armstrong the Tour De France seven times winner is interviewed by Oprah Winfrey and in a Press Conference here. This video showcases him talking about his deception and also highlights even within the interviews that he displays a number of microexpressions such as: holding back information, contempt, incongruent shaking of the head. Basically this Oprah interview was only a few months after he was proven or admitted to doping during the races. So he is somewhat still in deception.

It's always great to see Lance Armstrong admit to his doping, which gave the public an insight into how he won the races and that he wasn't a freak of nature after all. It also gives the public the satisfaction of knowing the truth.
